Barack Hussein Obama II was born on August 4, 1961, in Hawaii. Obamas father is from Kenya and his mother is from America. Barack Obama: Life Before the Presidency.

Obama lived in Hawaii with his mother and half sister.

He then later moved to Jakarta, Indoneisa. He lived there with his stepfather and his mother.

Fun Facts about Obama's Chidlhood:

Obama moved back to hawaii and lived with his grandparnets and he graduated highschool at Punahou school in 1979.
While he lived in Hawwaii he attended a private school named Punahou. In Indoneisa he attended Besuki School.
In 1965 Obama's mother remarried to Lolo Soetoro from Indonesia
